Steven Kozar

Opposite the lower level elevator you can enjoy an original watercolor by artist Steven Kozar.  The Carnegie Library Museum before Restoration, is one of the pieces commissioned by Roberta Green Ahmanson, representative of contemporary Perry, Iowa circa 1999.  ​
